Seeking the Best Solution
The development of a wireless kit is proposed, capable of recording accelerations on three axes at various points of the train. Additionally, the measurements must be georeferenced to include satellite data associated with each acceleration event along the route
KIT ACC – Wireless & Synchronized
The kit consists of a master system with GNSS for global positioning and multiple accessory devices equipped with 3D accelerometers, designed to accurately measure high-intensity impacts. This setup enables detailed, real-time monitoring of accelerations at various points of the train.

With this system, we achieved precise and detailed monitoring of performance and safety on every journey. It enables brake testing after periodic inspections, detects critical points along the route, and evaluates track conditions in real time. Additionally, it generates detailed reports that streamline decision-making and allow for immediate implementation of preventive actions
